Principle  Accountabilities:
？ Develop  robust  product  or  application  to  meet  business  needs  on  time  by  working  closely  with  product  managers；
？ Scale  up  and  align  new  product  at  manufacturing  plant；
？ Improve  existing  products  through  raw  materials  localization；
？ Work  closely  with  plant  technical  team  and  provide  timely  &  high  quality  technical  support  as  needed；
？ Provide  timely  trouble-shooting  solutions  and  handle  complaints  to  satisfy  customers；
？ Supervise  and  develop  technicians；
？ Lead  and  manage  projects  independently；
？ Work  safely  and  help  others  work  safely；
？ Build  up  good  relationship  with  product  team  and  other  functions；
？ Actively  participate  in  the  global  networks  through  regular  connections.

Skill  and  Knowledge  Required:
？ Master  degree  or  above  in  Polymer  Chemistry/Physics,  Material  Science  or  related.
？ At  least  2-3  years  of  lab  experience  is  required.  Familiar  with  Refinish,  Industrial  and  related  coatings  knowledge；
？ Be  familiar  with  clearcoat/activator/resin/additive/solvent  is  preferred；
？ Projects  management  experience；
？ Good  SHE  sense；
？ Fluent  oral  and  excellent  written  English  skills；
？ Experience  in  the  use  of  DOE  is  preferred；
？ Work  under  pressure  independently  and  creatively；
？ Team  spirit,  Open-minded,  Communicative.
