Job  Description:
1.  Plans,  conducts  and  coordinates  multiple  product  development  projects  or  projects  supporting  a  commercialized  product  within  given  time  and  budget  constraints,  and  with  responsibility  for  decisions  and  interpretations.
2.  Plans,  schedules  and  coordinates  all  phases  of  work  for  a  major  program  of  moderate  scope,  including  several  simultaneous  projects  at  various  stages  of  completion.
3.  Develops  project  objectives  and  goals  and  recommends  new  projects.
4.  Integrates  input  from  various  sources  and  has  the  freedom  to  modify  procedures  accordingly  to  achieve  success  in  the  marketplace.
5.  Modify  and  develop  formulations  that  meet  customer  requirements  （performance,  appearance,  application）  and  are  manufacturable.

Job  Requiremnet:
1.  5  years  minimum  in  paint  coatings  industry  lab  experience.  CE  experience  is  preferred.
2.  Soft  Touch  Formulation  experience  is  an  asset.
3.  Bachelor  education  or  equivalent  experience  in  either  chemistry  or  chemical  engineering  is  required.
4.  Able  to  perform  root  cause  analysis  using  industry  standard  methods  and  tools  and  communicate  findings  to  internal  or  external  customers.
5.  Able  to  write  effective  reports  for  customers  based  on  lab  work.
6.  Able  to  plan  and  organize  time  effectively  to  meet  project  deadlines.
