2. Minimum 3-year experiences in multi-national manufacturing companies.Experiences in chemical industry is preferred.
3. Familiar with quality management systems.
4. Fluent in English writing and speaking.
5. Strong leadership skill and communication skill.
6. Be able to work under pressure.

1. To ensure that all company safety rules and regulations are obeyed.
2. To instruct lead hands and operators in the day-to-day performance of their duties.
3.To be responsible for proper production method, layouts, and materials supply.
4.To instruct employees in the proper quality-check procedures in order to control the rate of scrap.
5.To work with other departments such as Quality Control, Technical, EH&S to maintain updating documents.
6.To work with engineering Dept. and Maintenance Dept. for small project in production.
7.Reduce the ratio of scrap and take the necessary steps to correct any production operation that is causing an unacceptable level of scrap page..
