Job  Description:
-  The  incumbent  is  responsible  for  the  sales  function  from  prospecting  new  accounts  in  Powder  market,  developing  a  profitable  sales  offering  to  meet  customer  requirements,  closing  deals,  planning  and  implementing  commercialization  in  the  accounts,  and  long  term  management  of  the  business  relationship  with  existing  customers  in  order  to  expand  share  with  them.
-  Work  closely  with  the  technical  function,  technical  service,  and  sales  personnel  to  utilize  existing  product  technologies  adapted  to  meet  specific  customer  requirements  and,  where  appropriate,  identify  new  product  opportunities  that  may  result  in  substantial  growth  opportunities.
-  Assure  account  profitability  by  managing  DSOs,  Accounts  Receivables,  Inventory  levels,  and  returns  at  acceptable  levels.

Job  Requires:
1.  A  college  degree  in  Chemicals  or  equivalent  experience  with  about  3  years  of  sales  experience  is  required
2.  Good  communication  skills  and  English  are  also  required
3.  Familiar  with  Powder  coatings  are  preferred
