任职条件/Qualification 
化学专业本科以上学历 
A  minimum  qualification  of  chemistry  graduate.  Master’s  degree  is  prefer 
有好的有机高分子合成基础 
Strong  background  of  organic  and  polymer  chemistry. 
3年以上涂料研发经验，最好有液体涂料和粉末涂料两方面的经验 
Above  3  years  experience  in  coating  industry,  preferably  both  liquid  and  powder  coating 
有耐高温和不粘含氟聚合物涂料的经验可以加分 
Experience  of  high  temperature  resistant,  no-stick  fluoropolymer  coating  is  a  plus 
熟悉国内外有关原材料 
Knowledge  of  raw  materials  within  China  and  also  global 
有创新思维能力 
Creative  thinking  ability 
能按计划按时完成工作任务 
Ability  to  work  to  a  plan  deliver  results  within  agreed  timescale 
良好的沟通能力 
Good  communication  skill, 
较强的质量，安全和环境保护观念 
Knowledge  of  Quality,  safety  and  environmental  management 
熟练的英语读写沟通能力
Knowledge  of  spoken  and  written  English

Develop  value  added  ,never  been  done  new  products 
搜索评估新的原材料 
Search  and  evaluate  new  raw  materials 
系统记录并保存所有研发和测试的报告（必要时需用英文），并与相关同事分享。 
Maintain  records  of  all  developments  and  testing  in  Chinese  and  English  if  necessary,  share  with  units  as  instructed
