职位描述：

1.  Develop  new  product,  improve  exiting  formula  and  consolidate  technology  platform  independently.

5.  Maintain  equipment  and  laboratory  facilities  consistent  with  safety  and  quality  principle.

6.  Responsible  for  the  experimental  DOE  design,  data  analysis,  issue  the  report  and  action  plan

7.  Assist  supervisor  to  optimize  production  process/formula  design/material  offset  to  continually  reduce  manufacturing  cycle  times  and  product  cost,  improve  quality  control  and  the  overall  performance  of  coatings.
协助优化生产流程/配方设计/材料消减以持续的缩短生产周期，降低产品成本，提高品质控制和产品性能
8.  Coach  the  Technician  and  Junior  Chemist  for  new  color  or  new  product  development  according  to  the  technology  platform,  help  them  to  improve  experiment  skills.
教导技术员及初级工程师根据技术平台开发新颜色或新产品，帮助他们提高实验技能

职位要求：

1.  Bachelor’s  degree  in  chemistry  or  equivalent  with  3  years  Automotive  Coatings  working  experience；
本科以上学历，化工或相关专业，3年以上汽车涂料工作经历；
2.  Good  Communication  and  learning  ability
良好的沟通和学习能力
3.  Adequate  English  ability  and  PC  skill,  CET-4
适当的英文能力及计算机水平，CET-4
4.  Be  able  to  work  independently  and  coach  others
