Lean  and/or  Supply  Chain  experience.
Good  conceptual  capacity  in  identifying  the  patterns  in  information  from  a  variety  of  sources.
Good  leadership  skills  in  guiding  individuals  (reports,  peers,  or  groups)  towards  the  attainment  of  specific  goals  and  involve  them  in  decision  making.
Demonstrate  ability  to  present  information/ideas  to  individuals/teams  in  an  articulate  and  organized  way.
Good  communication  and  project  management  skills.
Capability  to  get  results  and  accomplish  goals  according  to  agreed  time-lines.
Certified  Green  Belt  or  Black  Belt  is  a  plus.
Science  or  Engineer  degree  with  3-5  years  working  experience  in  manufacture  environment.
Fluent  English  skill  -  both  oral  and  written.

Lead  to  set  up  Lean  and  Six  Sigma  culture  in  the  plant.
Plan  and  implement  Lean  and  Six  Sigma  strategy  to  support  the  plant  to  achieve  business  goal  and  improve  plant  competency.
Responsible  to  identify  and  lead  the  Lean  and  Six  Sigma  projects  within  the  plant,  get  resources  as  needed.
