1.  Supervise  activities  within  tank  farm  and  blending  area  to  ensure  Shell  HSSE  standards  and  requirements  are  strictly  followed.  2.  Implement  HSSE  activities  in  responsible  area  according  to  plant  yearly  plan,  to  promote  high  staff  HSSE  awareness.  3.  Lead  team  to  conduct  lube  oil  blending  process,  ensure  blending  intermediate  product  meet  Shell  and  customer  quality  standards  and  requirements  4.  Arrange  manning  and  facilities  to  effectively  deliver  production  plan  on  time  in  full  5.  Work  out  standard  operation  procedure  and  working  instruction  for  lube  blending  process  in  accordance  with  plant  quality  and  environment  management  system  6.  Conduct  periodical  stock  taking  for  bulk  components,  control  loss  during  storage  and  process  7.Motivate,  coach  and  develop  team  members  to  achieve  good  performance.  Train  staffs  and  contractors  to  make  sure  they  have  necessary  HSSE  and  functional  competence
