Responsibilities:
-Good  SHE  sense
-Support  chemist  to  complete  daily  lab  work
-  Support  Chemist  to  define  process  instructions  for  manufacturing  of  coatings  products.  Follow  standard  alignment  and  manufacturing  procedures.
-Support  chemist  to  verify  paint  performance,  identify  QC  Spec  and  confirm  application  parameters
-  Support  Chemist  to  define  application  parameters  for  optimum  coating  performance.
-Ensuring  reliable  test  results  by  correct  equipment  handling,  test  eｘecution  and  regular  equipment  maintenance
-Interpreting  and  reporting  test  results  to  lab  Chemist  on  time
-Documentation  of  test  results


Requirements:
-Bachelor  degree  or  above,  major  in  chemistry,  polymer  science  or  related
-1-3  years  coating  lab  experience,  familiar  with  solvent  borne  or  waterborne  coating  system,  preferred  in  Automotive  OEM  Coating  lab
-Familiar  with  automotive  test  panel  preparation  and  Automotive  OEM  coating  tests,  and  familiar  with  common  coating  test  instruments  application
-Color  match  work  experience  are  preferred
-  Good  English  reading  and  writing  ability
-Strong  ability  in  equipment  operation  and  simple  maintenance
-Work  under  pressure  and  independently
-Team  spirit,  open-minded,  communicative
-  High  sense  of  responsibility
-  Willing  to  learn  and  good  adaptability
