Key  Responsibilities
1.  Maintain  current  customers  to  sercue  the  volume 
2.  Grow  new  customer  and  new  business  per  company  target 
3.  Handle  daily  customer  service 
4.  Payment  collection  to  meet  with  company  KPI 
5.  New  products  promotion/New  Project  development

Key  Competency  Requirements
1.  Strong  B2B  background,  industrial  coatings  sales  experiences  preferred  but  not  must. 
2.  Strong  self-motivation  and  result  orientation 
3.  English  （CET-4）　 
4.  Basic  PC  skill  for  MS-Office  Competency  Requirements
5.  College,  min  5  years  working  experience. 
6.  25-35  years  old
