销售主任-项目，装饰漆SalesExecutive-Project,Deco
主要职责：
- 处理目前现有客户的日常销售业务，改善关系并尝试成为独家供应商；
- 保持定期回访，根据客户的要求提供满意的服务;；
- 为顾客引进新技术与新产品，替客户解决问题；
- 从各种来源寻求项目信息，不仅仅局限于设计院，业主，承包商等
- 处理与不同的客户群的复杂关系
- 尽可能以最有效的方式专注于目标客户和销售正确的产品
- 完成和实现公司的年度预算和目标

职位要求：
- 专科以上学历；
- 3年及以上销售工作经验；
- 良好的沟通技巧和中英文听说读写能力；
- 具备相关的涂料项目经验。

Responsibilities:
- Dealingwiththeroutinesalesbusinessofcurrentexistingcustomers,improverelationshipandattempttobesolesupplier;
- Keepregularvisit,providesatisfiedserviceuponcustomer’srequest;
- Introducenewtechnologyandproductstocustomer,actasasolutionmakeroftheclient;
- Seekingforprojectinformationfromeverykindofsource,includebutnotlimittodesigninstitute,owner,contractorandetc.;
- Handlewithdifferentcustomerbaseinlinewithcomplicatedrelationships;
- Focusontargetcustomerandselltherightproductsasmuchaspossibleinmostefficientway;
- Completeandachievetheannualbudgetandtargetascompanyrequired.

Requirements:
- Abovecollegedegree
- Atleast3years’relatedsalesexperience
- GoodcommunicationskillsinChineseandEnglish,bothoralandwritten
- Relatedpaintingprojectexperience
