1.The  incumbent  conduct  routine  QC  tests  and  color  match  according  to  the  relative  SOP  on  Raw  material,  in-process  and  finished  Resin  products  to  ensure  the  quality  within  the  specifications.  Approve  the  qualified  products；  control  the  unqualified  products  to  avoid  ship  to  customer.
根据操作流程对树脂在原料、半成品、成品进行分析检验，保证制程中的半成品、出厂产品质量符合规格要求。放行检查合格的成品，控制生产中检查出的不合格品，避免其流向下道工序。

2.Investigate  quality  abnormal  and  customer’s  complaining.  Take  action  to  the  quality  problem  and  quality  improvement.
调查质量异常和客户抱怨，分析不良质量原因，提出处理方案和改进措施。

3.Housekeeping/5S  of  the  QC  lab  Understand  and  Meet  PPG  Tianjin  Quality/EHS  requirements.  Shift  Work.
QC实验室的清洁维护、5S提高，理解和满足公司关于质量体系和EHS体系的要求。倒班工作。

4.Lead  the  company  internal  audit.
主导公司内部审核。

其它说明
1.化学相关专业大专或以上学历。
2.三年以上的从事化学品及相关的工作经验。
3.良好的实验室工作技能,  优秀的分析能力和知识；
4.熟悉气相色谱法、凝胶色谱法、红外光谱等最佳。
5.良好的沟通技巧及团队精神。
6.良好的英文及计算机知识。
7.具有体系审核知识。
8.  适应倒班工作。
